I made a mistake with my booking . I called wotif within the hour. There system was getting worked on so i was told to cll back in 2 hrs. I did this the people who i talked to were very nice but told me it might take up to 48hrs to get a respose from the hotel in London. I got a call yesterday from a lady she said it could be a further 72 hrs. In this day and age of computers etc do watif use carrier pigeon. ? I just wanty an answer if they can change

From the principal page I selected a motel described as being 0.2 km from the centre of Wagga. I was directed to the page of that hotel, which displayed a different photograph from that on the principal page, and after I had completed the booking I discovered that the motel was in fact approximately 10 km from the centre of Wagga. I cancelled immediately, and booked another motel, but I would prefer not to have had to do this.

I have forgotten my password and therefore could not take advantage of what you had offered after my previous bookings. No where on the page could I see ‘Forgotten Password’.

We shouldn’t have to present the credit card that we booked with at the hotel if the accomodation has been prepaid. I use my husbands credit card and have struck a problem when checking in as the hotelier needs to see it. So annoying.

Sent text of itinerary but unable to email until a 5 days later.
Can only print receipt not email.
Pop outs saying ” x “number of people looking at this hotel is annoying and distracting and creates unwanted sense of urgency when your trying to concentrate.

My receipt from the hotel I stayed at was not the same as what my card was charged. I got a reciept from th Pymble hotel for 127 au, but you guys charged me 143 au

When I booked a flight on my phone, the time for the flight is not in 24 hour or military time. So when I booked it, I thought it was for the morning but it was infact booked in the afternoon. Their was no AM/PM displayed next to the time.
