Because when I booked I wanted two nights + two nights with the two inbetween being at another city. Your system wouldn’t change the Liberty booking and gave me double booking on the first two nights. I had to email the Liberty Central Riverside Hotel and ask them to correct your error. Which they did, their service is better than yours.

Actually read and pass on request on booking
Asked for high floor light sleeper. Was given 2nd floor next to main road and traffic lights
We asked for a higher floor after a half hour of noise and was placed on the 7 th floor
Both rooms were terrible and on the back corners obviously wotif custermers get the hotels unwanted rooms

My issue was specific to the website. I populated my dates and attempted to pay. I got a payment error on my card so had to re-enter card details. Unbeknownst to me, the dates changed and I ended up booking a room for a single night three days away. I contacted by phone, explained the situation and asked the agent to see if we can move the reservation to the correct date in June. They assured they would and even indicated it was likely there would be no penalty. When I received a return call, the date they re-negotiated with the hotel was incorrect. So I had to change it yet again. This time the hotel declined to move the reservation, so I lost the money for the night. They indicated they would send AUD$100 voucher. I have yet to see that come through. I am disappointed. The hotel was willing to move my reservation once but it was the wrong month which was the fault of Wotif.

wotif unable to process my airline booking, even though i persisted and tried several times.
so I cancelled the booking and had instant suscess with webjet

Couch covers in what looked like human fluids.
The noise both from heating it AC was bad but a banging noise on tin kept me up all night. Not sure why I booked as I didn’t get sleep or rest. Added extras such as parking and breakfast were unrealistic priced.

Your website was not accurate. You described the motel as having $16 breakfasts available. Upon check-in we were told that breakfast was not provided. We cannot recommend motels without breakfast and nor should you!
