February 24, 2022Every hotel should be fully refundable or transferrable. I booked wrong date by accident and now i throw away $200 as I can’t change it.
Not fair
The code I had was incorrect. I could only book a hotel and not anything else e.g car hire. Then when the code was fixed I could only book rooms that were not prepaid. Then I was getting offers via email but couldn’t use my voucher with mates rates. Overall very frustrating and glad it’s over.

January 19, 2022The Motel has a run down feel. The motel itself has character, but with unkept plants, discoloured fake flowers, leaking and noisy air-con (on the verandas) it just feels unloved and looks it too. Unkept pool, with rubbish surrounding it and the pool not cleaned either. The rooms need a full clean of walls washed down. I was grateful for the extra bath mats & washers, and the simple necessities of a microwave and toaster had we needed them which many motels don’t offer.
I would’ve loved to see the beautiful sunset, but the windows were basically ‘fogged’ over, as if they hadn’t been washed outside and inside for so long.
As for the breakfast, this was advertised as a sought after feature and one that made me choose the motel, but management clearly don’t take this seriously. I had to ask a lovely house maid about the continental breakfast and she had to go out of her way (which I assume isn’t in her role) to unlock the restaurant and get it all ready.
Difficulty making contact to change/cancel booking
January 2, 2022There was dead flies on the top bed, sheets on one bed looked dirty and the fridge wasn’t turned on. Being it was hot and we arrived at 5pm it would have been great if the AC was turned on, which other parks we’ve stayed at do on hot days.
December 30, 2021I’m still waiting for my refund request to be finalised, I have booked the wrong date and went to the hotel right away and they then canceled it. When I asked them how I could get my money back they told me to contact the site I’ve booked it with. My dates were 27 to 28 January at port Macquarie hotel, nsw
I can’t find the booking number but I’ve contacted a staff member of yours already on Monday
When I got to the motel they didn’t have the full details of the booking which was for 2double beds. We got a single bed and a queen bed. This booking was four adults. Motel tried to sort but there were no other rooms left. Wasn’t happy but nothing could be done.
