Stop the scams from your website after booking online

Booked an “Ocean View” room at Montville, but ended up with an “Accessibility Access” room on the bottom floor instead. Luckily I rang to confirm room booking and staff were fantastic, swapping my booking back to an Ocean View. Five star rating for Clouds Montville but not happy with Wotif.com. Will be calling direct to book in future. Noticed this is not the first time this mix up had happened this month.

I should be able to see my stay at Rydges Parramatta in my past history on the app but can’t find it at all, even using the itinerary number. Using the online help bot didn’t help and it disabled chat after I clicked on show completed, thinking that meant it would search completed bookings.

Got told by staff that what we paid through the website was too much and would have been better to book through the hotel as it would have been cheaper.

I dont like it, your prive was 20% more expensive than if i bught straight from hotel, and when i tried to pay the extra so could cancel for refund it wouldnt let me order, so had to pay up front now I have an issue with the date

after book with wotif I found out other website the price cheaper, I try to contact wotif if they can match the price for me but I couldn’t reach any one. chatting online but couldn’t help.

I asked the help chat if there was a booking age requirement and he said no. I then book the apartment and they say I have to be 25 which really annoying as it didn’t say that anywhere when I was booking it.
