I made a mistake with my booking . I called wotif within the hour. There system was getting worked on so i was told to cll back in 2 hrs. I did this the people who i talked to were very nice but told me it might take up to 48hrs to get a respose from the hotel in London. I got a call yesterday from a lady she said it could be a further 72 hrs. In this day and age of computers etc do watif use carrier pigeon. ? I just wanty an answer if they can change
