The booking went through as expected. Then the problems started. My bank account was hit 5 times for this single booking plus a ‘hit’ from Microsoft USA for some four and a half thousand dollars. As a result Westpac Bank immediately cancelled my Debit Card which leaves me with currently without a card until a replacement is forthcoming. I suspect you have been ‘hacked’.

After made a booking, just found out $800 cheaper directly from Mt Hotham Accommodation website. 🙁

Seems to be a lot of drunks hang around this place. A lot of loud arguments and swearing. The proprietor seems to assist by not selling any food but having a large stock of alcohol to sell. I was worried about my car getting damaged and got up a few times in the night to check on it but all was OK. On their website it says they have breakfast available but no, the only thing available is drinks. The room was OK but there were a few bugs hanging around. The beds mattress was ultra hard. On the plus side the shower was good and the TV had plenty of channels. I do regret staying here and next time will go elsewhere.

The room whilst large only had a bed and small table with two chairs.
We wrote the word dust in the dust on the bed-side table.
The fridge freezer was so chocked with ice the fridge door did not close properly resulting in a pool of water on the floor.

Good hotel stay

Payments are immediate, not pay later just prior to arrival at the hotel as advertised on wotifs main hotel pages. Could be deep in the terms and conditions possibly.

I booked with you,it was easy. I got fantastic detailed information about the hotel in Seoul. I am sitting at present in the airport and have to wait 12 hours for my next flight. I am not allowed to leave the airport and go to my hotel,because I do not have a visa. I tried to apply for one this morning in Sydney, but did not have all the information I needed, like telephone number of the hotel. I would have appreciated a hint, that I need a visa for South Korea, ewigen I book a hotel 1.2 km from the airport. I would have applied in time. Of course, it is my responsibility to gather all the info about my trip, but I did not have the time to do it. So I wasted money for a room I cannot use and will probably arrive for my father‘s funeral even more of a wreck.

Price clear – but details of FULL payment taken NOW! 12 months prior to booking. This hidden until all information filled in. “you h ave discount because you have paid NOW”. This option was not shown in pricing as advertised.
This in small detail at last push of button.
Paid now ! but can cancel until week before, Fine! Not only credit card details held but full payment deducted.
Where is the money held? Not at accommodation Is this legal? What if they go broke in next 12 months or sell out?
Other bookings as payment on arrival with card details as security only. This was deceptive!
Fine if only booking a week ahead but not 12 months ahead.
Will be considering weather to cancel & re-book with other company when more bookings open up.

Put in a drink machine so u can access drinks late at night without going out of hotel as it dangerous area to walk in or have drinks available at the front desk just water soft drink juice etc and snacks for late arrivals and others who like a late night drink and rooms need extra blankets some will get cold and three little bottles for a family of four to shower with is not on at least have it restocked eached day or the opition to restock WINDOW on 55 floor broken and taped shut totally not on in safe and has been reported to health and safety

Unclear instructions, had to wait at hotel for 30 min because no one was here.
I did booking at 6.15pm they shut at 7pm and forgot or didn’t put keys out.
