However dealing with Wotif customer service after that to cancel my booking was excellent.

October 31, 2018I am trying to contaact you guys regarding the reschedule of my booking. But to this day I never heard from you. I frequently travel from one place to another, but it seems you lost tract on me.
October 30, 2018It may be that I was not attentive enough but somehow during the booking process the room changed from a large double bed to two single beds.
I can accept that as my mistake.
When I made my booking, the wotif site indicated that I could cancel for free. When tried to cancel I was warned that I would forfeit the cost of one night at the hotel at it was after 6pm on the day before my stay. But I made the booking after 6pm on the day before my stay. So, even at the moment of making the booking, it wasn’t true that I could cancel for free.

October 25, 2018Early in the week I contacted Wotif support requesting they contact the booking property re reservation cancel. I have checked with the property and they have not been contacted and were happy once I explained the situation to have taken Wotifs request on my behalf and cancelled the booking for free. I would appreciate this being performed please.
October 25, 2018The website didn’t state you had to use a credit card ONLY to secure the bond for the room so I didn’t get to even stay there so I wasted $96 not impressed.
October 20, 2018Terrible. We have booked this accommodation MANY times. Cheaper and with NO extra charge for a twin room. NOT this apparently. Very poor form. Will be booking elsewhere next time.
