Please be aware that the dates you insert in your search are not necessarily the dates that appear in the booking the hotel/accommodation you select. I popped in my dates for three nights, selected a hotel (thought I had got a bargain). I did not realise until a few days later what had happened, that the system had defaulted/selected one night in the middle of the dates required. The hotel would not refund and it was way to expensive for the additional nights required. When I tried booking another three nights, the same thing occurred. Do not assume that the dates you enter will follow onto the booking can be costly

The cabin was clean but the cabin was very ordinary. A lot of painting & decorating need doing in cabin 37. I would only rate it ‘economy’. The price charged was expensive for what you got.

Why have I been charged two hotel bookings of one room for two people if one booking/ hotel room can host 2-3 people?? I’m being overcharged!

its not the service of the venue, its the booking on wotif.

I booked earlier in the day online and did not receive confirmation of the booking with itinerary until 24hours later, although I did notice that wotif had immediately debited our company credit card for payment.

I had trouble organising transport to Praslin after what will be a long flight from Australia to Seychelles through Abu Dhabi, cancelled my hotel
booking on Praslin then increased my booking which a made the day before on your site to be charged straight away the extra two days! I honestly thought that I would be given the same condition of payment as my initial booking. After all you gained extra % of earning by my change. I can easily see other customers cancelling there initial booking at no charge and rebooking a new one.

Well we booked a 3 night deal including flights.Price was not an issue. First we had to pay extra just to get a flight in the day period, then we are advised if you book your seats so both sit together it going to add $ 60.00 extra again, based on principal we will turnip at airport and hope we sit with each other. This is why we NEVER fly Jetstar on our outings round AUSTRALIA. Just give me a fixed price on what I requested and we pay-dont keep adding on.

You must be more serious about the reviews. They need to give a more accurate account of the properties offered
