Once you book your accommadation, you have a
Policy of not refunding money….
I would rather deal with the Hotel, and if circumstances change I can get my money back

I was really disappointed that the total amount was withdrawn from our account straight away..where as I was led to believe the deposit was 1 nights tariff.

Booking deducted full booking amount when I reserved the hotel even though the booking is 2 months away. It did not make it clear that the full amount was going to be taken.

Service was polite but the air con didnt work and the room looked nothing like the website. The paint on the walls was peeling and the windows were dirty. The bed was okay but was a bit like a camp bed.

The room was hotter than the hallways or any public areas and the only saving grace was the communal balcony.

The name “hotel” is deceiving – it really should be advertised as a hostel not a hotel.

The room we booked or was given was disappointing. Luckily the hotel gave us a new room and were lovely. I won’t use a booking site again as I feel that you are given low quality rooms for the price!

There is no reason for you to take my credit card details. This was very confusing, I pressed the Deposit button, but no deposit was taken, no details were supplied. I had to ring the Motel to find out if I had paid anything. Not good enough. Also your rates were at least $20 dearer than what I could have paid.
