I booked a flight, the departing airfare was taken out twice from my bank account, which put my account into arrears and I cannot access my own money. I am now trying to have the second payment reversed, with your staff telling me it’s only a pending transaction when in fact it is not as my money is not accessable to me because you have a pending transaction that I did not authorise (second payment). You need to change your systematic process. I have booked flights with wotif before and this has never happened so I am very disappointed and frustrated.
