Hotel was offered at the rate of $148, which is the whole reason I booked it. When I received my receipt I noticed I had been charged the full rate of $185. I am really not impressed, but assume there is nothing I can do ?

It was all very easy to use, pity I got ripped off.

I will not use Wotif again

Wotif, you need t o communicate with this hotel provider, to advise clients of the noisy, building upgrades. Would never recommend, to stay here again.

In the year 2019, one shouldn’t have to check if the accommodation booking includes own en-suite. Was horrified to discover the room I paid $139 for, did not have its own bathroom and toilet and the amenities were shared. This should have been clearly stated upfront that the bathroom facilities were shared. Not family friendly for me. However, helpful staff with directions when lost, as roadworks made it difficult to access.
