My own fault – I booked the wrong date ( out by a week) however I thought that I could cancel my reservation. Not so with the hotel reservation I had. Consequently I had to pay for an additional night and now have a reservation I cannot use. Direct booing with the hotel give me the cancellation option and was $15/ night cheaper.

Once you have booked you are virtually abandoned. No easy way to contact to make changes or contact hotel. Take the money and run that’s about it

It looks like the shower is falling apart, the heater was not working and the blankets either were very old or looked not clean.

I needed a copy of the booking sent to me by email. The option to send this did not work despite numerous attempts. No email was ever received. I had to “print screen” then call the hotel to check that my booking had been received. (It had)

Photos of room were very misleading bathroom was a tiny shoebox you couldn’t turn around in being preganant made it next to impossible to turn around also it was advertised with a buffet breakfast but it was a continental breakfast which charged more then the motel and no gluten free options

The advertised property did not match the experience when I arrived at the hotel. I specifically selected the hotel based upon my desire to use their exercise facilities (specifically their Gym & Pool) however, nether were available for the duration of my stay. Had I known that this was the case, I would have selected a different property. I am a regular traveller (both business & personal) and have used Wotif on several occasions over the last few years. I have generally been happy with the bookings that I have made, but unfortunately on this occasion I was not.

Not happy when I checked the pay at hotel box I expect that is what it means not have my money taken out straight away from my Acct
