If talking about the price – excellent value. However, if you offer a price promise guarantee, you should honour it. I booked this place and then immediately after the price came back cheaper on your own website. So I emailed off to see if I could have the difference refunded (not knowing then that there was actually a price promise guarantee at that stage). They came back saying I couldn’t have it because I had used a coupon code in the new price. Well, the original booking had exactly the same coupon code used – in fact the new price booking was identical in every way! So I had to cancel, get a full refund and book again. The logic in that just doesn’t make sense! Don’t offer something if you’re not going to follow through with it. Can completely understand if the 2 bookings were different in some way…but they weren’t.

Ensure hotels published on-line are not fully booked out before customers book the hotel. This has happened twice for me and my family.

We did not receive any email confirming booking. Which leads to confusion whether it is done correctly and especially when payment has been made. Clicked on Wotif to receive email of the itinerary as well and it’s been 48 hours we still have no updates. Can make you doubt the legitimacy of the transactions itself.

I booked a hotel three days ago on your website and have not received a confirmation email from either you or the hotel. So I am not sure if when I arrive at the hotel I will have a room. Very poor communication
