Price increased $200 whilst I was typing in my name, which was disappointing! They dont warn you that after you have spent ages researching places for the best deal and made your selection that the price can suddenly jump midway through the actual completion of your personal details.

I did not receive an email confirmation with a receipt for my transaction in my inbox (checked spam). As I have received this feedback request into my inbox this is the evidence that you did not send me the receipt email.

COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN AND SEND ME A RECEIPT EMAIL AS I NEED TO FORWARD TO MY SOCIETY ON WHOSE BEHALF I PAID THE TRANSACTION.

I booked a room for 3 adults at Oaks on Market $195 for 16/11 and got a confirmation.The next day I had to change booking to 2 adults and price jumped to $249 and got a confirmation.
I contacted Oaks on Market and they didn’t have the booking. As I couldn’t find a phone number for you to query this I had to cancel the booking and rebooked directly thru the hotel

Usually Wotif is our favourite site over every other site for booking accomodation. prices are excellent and what you say is what happens. unfortunately this time you offered a coupon discount given if booknow was entered on check out. there was never an option to enter booknow and when I rang up about it I was treated like I was stupid and it was the accomodations fault not wotifs. I was most unhappy with the whole situation and unfortunately disappointed with wotif. I have just book a trip in the last hour through air B & B. I don’t want to have to stop using wotif, but I need to trust what you say.

I booked motel accommodation for the 15 – 16 November 2019. I haven’t received confirmation of my booking via e-mail or any other mode of communication. I have 2 itinerary numbers: #71000680659939 and #1219334535792 (this last one was in the e-mail asking for feedback) and none of them show up when I look for my itinerary, so I am not sure if the booking went ahead or not. Yet my credit card has been debited for the amount of $165.05 for the accommodation. There are too many uncertainties with the online booking process so I am not confident this went ahead.

The operator did not know the property, did not understand English terribly well, spent several occasions consulting someone else during which time I booked on line. The location is not abundantly clear on the website and then AFTER THE BOOKING, there is information on a hefty security deposit!!!

Disappointed to find that the hotel we booked was listed on wotif $30+ cheaper within 24 hours of our booking. So much for mates rates!
Next time we will be shopping around other sites before booking.
