It was easy to book, but not easy to cancel the booking. I am annoyed because I don’t know whether my cancelation has gone through, and because the promised contact from Wotif has not occurred.

Make it easier to cancel a booking and stop dates from changing while searching which creates the reason for canceling the booking in the first place.
I almost gave up in frustration at trying to cancel the booking or is that the idea!
So many on line services make it extremely difficult to cancel the service!

I booked a Resort with Wotif recently but did not receive a confirmation email to say the room had been reserved. I checked my bank account and found the money had been sent to Wotif, however I had to contact the Resort directly for confirmation of my booking. This was frustrating and cost me time and money. I may as well have booked the Resort directly and not used Wotif.

Don’t take the full cost 6 months out from booking date. Deposit or if free cancellation then just take the money after the final date for cancellation passes. Absolutely no need to pay in full now for next May. Except you get the use of my money for 6 months

I didn’t realise that Wotif took any extra $8/night to use its services to book. That should have been made known at time of booking.

Does not have a cancellation policy like some other sites. I have to take my partner to hospital and have a $412 non refundable amount paid for a room. Bullshit.
