Wotif cancelled my booking incorrectly. I didn’t ask them to cancel my booking, I just asked them for the 8% discount I was promised. I have had no feedback about the discount and don’t know whether I’m still booked in for my accommodation.

If you are going to offer discounts before a booking is made then don’t hide the fields to take advantage of the discounts. Instead of hiding it to the right of the screen, make it part of the booking process

The booking of flights was easy enough. Could not book seats on outward journey. Went to Singapore site and they wanted to charge for ‘‘changing’ the seats. Even though I was not able to even get seats allocated.

To make matters worse, I cannot speak to anyone st Wotif. You only have web access I guess.

Not good for your PR.

Why bother with Wotif if there is very limited service?

I called for assistance as we have had a passing in the family meaning that we are wanting to change this accmodation to the 14th january and no one has come back to me if this is possible or not. When I called the gentleman said to leave it with him he will take care of this but havent heard anything since. I am not sure if this has been cancelled recheduled or did I just loose all my $?

If someone can come back to me that would be fantastic.

Make sure you search the full site don’t take first price as you can guarantee it will be a lot cheaper I found price 15% off after booking

Making sure that if I want to cancel a booking 6 days prior to staying, that I could. Next time I’ll just ring the place direct.
