I missed out on the discount as the promo code section is not easy to find and before i knew it, i couldn’t go back to add it in- really disappointed. Would probably go direct to the hotel from now on

Disappointed to finish the booking to then find a pop up offering an 8% discount. Appears to be offered after you initialise the booking which opens a new page. You don’t notice the discount until you finish the booking and close the pages.

As the booking proceeded it kept displaying seat selection option of flight sector.At no time were you able to access that.Suddenly the booking was complete and have been unable to choose seats since.

Truthfully explaining the location and facilities at the hotel, that it’s not actually that close to the town, that the place was deathly quiet, mostly empty and the food available was predominantly disappointing, poor western at that rather than traditional Thai. To cap it off the New Year weekend was invaded by hordes of screaming children.

upon receipt of email confirmation of booking I realised an error was made in booking, I rang hotel within minutes and cancelled booking. however the cost of room was charged against my credit card and has not been refunded.

The reason for the low score is that Wotif has taken the entire amount upon booking. There were no indication that they were going to take the money as it was free to cancel booking up to the 12 January, im dissapointed as it was 2 days to Christmas and you left me short.
