I have changed my mind in booking (for personal reasons) and cannot get hold of any one to cancel. this is why the service is poor. I have contacted the hotel and they have told me that they cannot cancel only from your site???

The service and staff were great. However wotif’s advertisement was deceiving. We booked a room to fit 3 and there was only a single queen bed.
It’s best to double check the bed configuration in future.

Little Nationa has very few amenities despite the wotif website indicating that there are things like a pool, bar, cafe, and gym. These amenities are available but not onsite. You have access them through other local hotels.

Feeling extremely disappointed with recent purchase of accomodation. There was a huge fluctuation of price for the same hotel, room and time of travel over a 4 day period. Customer service advice did not give us the right information to make a positive decision on our purchase and therefore paid a lot more for our accommodation than was nescesaey.

Was charged the full amount by your company & then charged again directly by the hotel when I arrived at my accommodation to check in. I emailed your customer support with my concerns & did not get a reply in the timeframe I required. Disappointed!

I’m not sure whether it sits with wotif or the hotel but this is the second time we have booked and paid for our family of five to then be advised that there will be a substantial surcharge for the third child. The previous incident was also booked through wotif. I don’t expect to receive, accept and pay a price for accommodation for five, only to then have the cost increased by, in this case, $100, on a non-cancellable booking. We travel frequently and this is not usual for online bookings. I find it completely deceitful and unacceptable practice. I will be providing similar feedback to the hotel.

I made two accommodation bookings with wotif and there was a 15% discount code BOOKNOW, yet there was no way to apply the discount. I contacted Wotif about this concern and to date have not received any reply, so it is rather disappointing service. Kate

Where’s my itinerary?
I cant find my itinerary and when I enter the itinerary number on the motif site it doesn’t come up.
