Better online support, ie live chat or email contacts for assistance… sat on the phone for 1-hour when a simple email would have been suffice.

Very tiny rooms . No microwave in the room. Bedsheets were seems like not been changed.

When putting through our reservation we weren’t aware that you would take our payment immediately. Usually just credit card details are kept until arrival. Our reservation isn’t until October. Also we have received no paperwork whatsoever regarding this. Our friends who booked on the same day have not had their credit card debited.

You “double-booked” us into the Oval Motor Inn at Murray Bridge today. Luckily we were able to disclaim the error was our fault and the proprietors only charged us for 1 room
