August 2, 2020I booked under one price and noticed the next night had reduced the price by $100 for same accomodation. Bit disgusted.
August 1, 2020Better online support, ie live chat or email contacts for assistance… sat on the phone for 1-hour when a simple email would have been suffice.

March 24, 2020When putting through our reservation we weren’t aware that you would take our payment immediately. Usually just credit card details are kept until arrival. Our reservation isn’t until October. Also we have received no paperwork whatsoever regarding this. Our friends who booked on the same day have not had their credit card debited.
