When I phoned with the option of already having a trip booked it was a 2 hour wait time – however when I pushed the option for a new trip I was answered straight away – this to me is bad manners and that new sales are more important than existing orders

Booking was simple but the follow through when having to cancel the flights due to travel restrictions was very slow. I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding vouchers

The booking was quick but they have done nothing to assist with getting us a refund of the tickets price due to the COVID-19 pandemic as it was not our intention not to travel but dictated by a ban on international travel.
Should have done more and looked after the customer that have used your services in good faith

The review gace the hotel a four star rating. I found it was less than 2. My business associate had to be moved from his room to another.

On arrival to hotel we discovered that the restaurant was closed. I would appreciated this being said When booking was made. This meant we had to find somewhere to eat that night, thinking there was a restaurant was the reason we chose this hotel. Very disappointing

The actual booking process was simple BUT after COVID affected our trip we spoke with one representative who did not get back to us as promised regarding our cancellation issues and we had to ring them again to continue the process! ALSO we lost our hotel booking money as we had not paid for a cancellation fee BUT REALLY WOTIF this pandemic is totally a new ball game that no-one could have predicted – it is therefore (we feel personally) extremely unfair to not honour the booking and even have given us a credit note for the hotel booking. Unfortunately we will not be going through any travel company online again and will book directly ourselves.

I booked online and it was no different to booking anything online. WHY DO YOU WANT A REVIEW OF HOW WELL OR NOT I ENTERED DATES AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER? don’t spam me with useless emails.

The property i booked was sub standard & disappointing. No WI FI, half the windows didn’t open. A large home in a good location but thats about it.
