In relation to the package we booked for easter to melbourne and the covid situation as flights got cancelled email advise on what to do was a long time coming. The accommodation part of this package was sorted quickly and we received our money back for this part within a month or so. Would like flight refund not credit.

The booking process was easy and confirmation emails provided and payment processed immediately. However upon having to cancel the booking due to COVID-19 (no fees to cancel) I have enquired twice in regards to receiving my refund with no response, this has been nearly 4weeks

It is frustrating to buy a package deal through a travel company, and any changes or cancellations have to be made directly with each supplier. I understand COVID is an unprecedented issue, but we have our hands tied waiting for the suppliers to make a decision about October travel, unable to use the funds towards an alternate trip. Very disappointing.

we booked 2 hotels we have being trying to get a refund for the last 3 months we have tried to contact the hotels ourselves they don t answer they phone or their emails we think that wot if should be responsible for the refund

You took the money out of my account days before I arrived at the motel yet you advertise that you can cancel up to the day before. Unprofessional in my books.
