Price was not cheaper than what I can find elsewhere and of course you immediately start sending me marketing crap.

I was not happy with the booking experience. The price advertised was initially for “Reserve Now, pay when you stay”. Then when you try and book the low price is only for “Pay Now” with “Pay later” being almost $30 more expensive.
As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and deceptive.

I wasn’t happy that when my booking was confirmed it states that they cannot promise the rooms I was led to believe would be available. I have responded to an email asking for a refund and at least 14 hours later I get an email that they could not reply to my email and now I receive your Wotif’s service email.
I have asked for a refund as it is within my right to ask within 72 hours now the time is about to run out so please could you deal with this ASAP

I booked this on line as i have done many times and i am sure i put the correct date which as to be there 12th April and to leave 13th April. When i arrived at the Mantra they said they did not hold a booking. I received the booking confirmation on the morning of the 12th but did not read it as i was with a client. Upon reflection is shows the 26th April. I tried to call Wotif but there is no telephone number available so i sent an email to your customer service people at circa midday and still have not heard back from them. I want my money credited back as i had to pay the Mantra direct.

Very upset that I only learned via an email after the room booking had been made that car parking came at an extra charge. Lesson learnt – go to the hotel direct to book accommodation.

We made a booking for a weekend in the mountains and have had no confirmation of the booking or any reasin why it hasn’t been processed
