Not satisfying as they just cancelled my flight a few hours to travelling just inconveniencing me. Though I replaced but with longer hours and late arrival.

Our room and bathroom haven’t been cleaned for weeks. Dust on everything, hair and dust on the bathroom floor,the shower was used before our visit, dirty. It looked like they don’t bother to clean anything, just made the bed. An opened milk in the fridge was left.
Nice hotel from the outside,not reccomended to stay. The lady at the reception was nice.

I made an error on my booking my sir name came up as Beverley Rae What net instead of Beverley Rae Wyner . I called Jetstar so the could correct the error. Wotif sent me a form for Our Birgin flight I completed that form and also attached a copy of my drivers licence as proof of my name. That was last week. I still haven’t received my amended documents.
Please advise when I will receive them .

Booking a flight / accommodation package via the website was easy and straightforward – I would give that 4 stars. Afterwards was problematic: I expected an email from Wotif confirming the bookings and didn’t get one. I only got follow up emails from one airline and the hotel but not the other airline, which worried me. I tried accessing the booking on the Wotif website but only got basic details and links to click through to websites which didn’t give me the information I needed. I tried to set up a Wotif account but am still waiting for a confirmation email that was needed to complete this process. I have had to a lot of detective work to track down information about one flight and also checking into my hotel. I found the whole process to be time consuming and stressful. I would have been better off just using Wotif to book just the hotel, and then doing my own searches on Google and booking the flights myself.

You shouldn’t need an itenary reference number to be able to call wotif, to get through, sometimes we need help and to ask questions over the phone. I had to put my Lombok hotel itenary number to ask a question on Le meridien pyramid cairo hotel.
I still not got an answer. I wanted to Know why its temporarily closed and when will it re open please. I asked wotif over the phone so I can book it with wotif but still no reply.

When you call to ask information about your room and check-in they are incredibly rude and you may as well not even call them, the rooms are tidy, but for the price you’ll be disappointed, not worth the premium price.

I needed to change a booking 10 mins afyer I made it. I tried to contact help from Wotif but there was no response to my issue. None at all! I called the hotel myself and they said only Wotif could make changes. So, it was not resolved. I unsatisfied with the service and won’t be using Wotif again.
