I found the on-line awkward and ‘messy’..i asked for a confirmation of my booking and the ,question that followed was to print itinerary
number, which I did not have…
it wld be much more beneficial to send a confirmation of booking by email as soon as the booking and payment has been made..that was all I required..not the
go to manage trip etc etc…..I don’t think I will use this site again.

Confirming that accommodation is overly complicated, I would be better to send an automatic email. Why else do you ask for my email address

I was unable to book 2 rooms at the same property at the same time..one room for 2 people and a room for a single person….I tried but it was not clear how to do this. So I had to book them separately in two sessions. Thanks

There was a charge of $0 US which was applied to my credit card, my bank didn’t like it and put a hold on my card.
Not sure why this happened but it was a time waster for me and my bank.

We called customer service with an issue about our booking. We were told that they were unable to contact hotel as it was after 5pm but they would leave an email and then get back to us the following day. Never heard any further respondance. Very disappointing. Will not chose wotif as a booking site in the future

I am very unhappy that the system did not send me an email confirmation of my booking. I rang and the customer service woman was very helpful and tried to resend a couple of times but nothing came through. I waited for a hour, still nothing. Yet I get this feedback form ok and I am receiving emails as normal. When you are booking online it is very important for me that I get that email confirmation otherwise it makes me doubt that I have indeed booked with Wotif and not a fraudulent site.

The online service by wotif is efficient.

However, in this instance, the description of the room that we got from the Coolum Caprice website didn’t correspond to what we actually got. Perhaps Wotif should insist (and perform actual audits) that the information provided by the hotels/apartments should correspond to the reality if they want to collaborate with Wotif.
