the booking was cancelled so I expect a full refund. Also, when booking was cancelled insufficient information about getting a refund.

I’d like to be able to filter accommodation with kitchenettes. I’d like to be able to say for example, I’m looking for a beach holiday in nsw with a kitchenette and sort all accommodation in beach towns in nsw by price. I’d also like to be able to see all bookings on my phone when I go to website.

When I was booking the flights, I must have inadvertently put in Melbourne return instead of Melbourne Tullamarine return.It was not pointed out to me until AFTER I paid and was presented with the itinerary that we are returning to Avalon Geelong not Tullamarine Melbourne. Our vehicle will be at Tullamarine because we fly out of there. I immediately sent an email to Wotif to see if anything could be done and received no reply. As the email was sent immediately and the tickets not yet processed, I felt it could be amended without charge. No response.

We received notice of our payment due as $1449.86 & proceeded with providing personal details etc for our flight + hotel booking. When we hit the “Submit” button, the price changed to $1556.03 with an explanation of how Wotif prices change frequently & enquired if we still wished to proceed with our booking to lock in the price of $1556.03.
Understandably, we hit the “Yes”/”Submit” button as the price may change again(!) & to prevent us from spending any more unnecessary time and effort on making the booking.
We are disappointed with how prices can change in the span of MERE MINUTES whilst in the PROCESS of making the booking, and feel deceived & cheated. The original price of $1449.96 should have been honoured.

We booked a hotel in Canberra for five people for $500. Specifically typing 3 adults and 2 children. Only to have the hotel call and request additional payment for the fifth person. Nothing was mentioned before we booked.

I feel I did not get a good deal and was over charged. My room when I enquired at the very average Hotel would have been $74, wotif quoted me $94, but in the end it cost $108 ??? Hotel very dirty except for the bed.

I was quoted $170.10 for a hotel room (Itinerary # 7405243463541) but charged $191.84 by wotif. How can a obtain a refund? Otherwise everything was fine.
