The Booking that I have made through wotif was not the same at the Motel I had to re-book for the correct Accommodation.

I had been planning to book this travel for a week & new what the prices where on Wotif & then received an email from Wotif stating a massive 48hour sale – so I jumped on to book & it actually came out more expensive. When looking through to get an understanding – where they had reduced prices it seemed they had just increased the prices on other parts of the package to level out the pricing. It does seem pretty dodgy advertising. I’m not to worried about the cost & have booked premium accommodation & travel with business lounge access etc – so really it’s the principle more than anything. So would I jump onto Wotif to book again rather than booking direct – mmm not sure.

I thought I was booking a Cabin, not a Motel Room. When my conformation came through it had a picture showing a cabin.
This picture should be removed. Misrepresentation !
So I cancelled.

You sent me a link with happy12 to get 12% off my bookings but nothing was taken off and i sent 2 separate emails requesting. But nothing happened.

The hotel room was more expensive than booking directly through hotel. The room was shabby and over priced.

Be more transparent about any additional fees and taxes that may be charged at the accommodation. This was not immediately evident when I made the booking which gave me the TOTAL to wotif (including fees and taxes) only to find there were more fees and taxes charged at a local level. Not happy !!!!!!!

I tried to book for 24th May until 25th May and when I received your booking it said 25th March!!! I had also click 1 adult only but it said 2 adults???
Almost straight away I tried to cancel this order, as it was incorrect. This was still in cool off period.

Can I please now cancel this order.

Wotif was great but the manager at the apartment building was very dissapointing. It was clear by her attitude that she did not want to be their and didnt want to be serving anyone. Very bad customer service and i wont be going back at all . At this rate she will have no customers at all as she was everything but friendly. Also the photos were very misleading. There was no view as depicted on the site
