Hotel gave us a room with non functional wash basin. Also the next room offered to us was smelling mouldy and musty which is really healthy. Contact wotif for a refund.

April 24, 2019I don’t like that the total fees gets charged straight away to the credit card. We normally use a different booking platform and they don’t charge the total fees until 30 days prior to the check in date which gives me time to save for the accommodation rather than having to pay it off.
April 23, 2019I discovered after I had booked that the dates were wrong. While I accept responsiblity for accepting the booking, it was not glaringly obvious when going through the booking process on my phone that the dates were incorrect. I only realised this when I got the booking email confirmation. Fortunately I could cancel the booking and I re-booked direct with the motel.
