I made a mistake with my booking and selected July instead of June. I was on the phone to the help line within 5 minutes to explain my error and the end result was $300 up in smoke. I thought an honest error may have been looked at. I guess it was my own fault but very disappointed.

You never seem to provide a tax invoice. Always hard to get. Should be automatically provided without the customer having to chase it up.

I booked for June 20 and 21, 2019. When I read the itinerary I was booked for June 15 and 16, 2019.

I have solved the booking myself for above dates and won’t be booking with watif in the future. Neither will I recommend the site.

Price kept changing as we were booking. My friend was booking at the same time as me both of us using our phones to book and she got it cheaper than I did

I was informed that I just needed to provide a credit card number with the booking and that it will not be swiped until I arrive at the hotel.
This was not the case. My bank informed me that the card was swiped with that booking.

I placed an order on the site as the room rate for the Novotel South Wharf was very competitive, however, when I completed the order, I was billed a far higher rate.
$179.00 advertised, vs $263.20 billed.
I would like this to be rectified to the original amount please.

Maybe if we could actually get an answer when requested a change of booking with waldorf apartments in nov. Hotel needs to improve their service to customer and you people as well . You have tried but get no answer either very poor service wouldnt reccomend them or book there again .

Booking option including breakfast is a HOAX. I paid an extra $17 and got a little pack of cornflakes.

Go for the basic booking but you’ll need to get a hot brekky somewhere else.
