I entered booking for the 12th July. Receipt for booking showed 11th July. Had to phone hotel to change
July 10, 2019I cancelled these bookings, I didn’t stay there, I have not been reimbursed, & the first booking was booked out yet you still charged me, you should be more aware of the booking status before drawing funds from peoples accounts

July 7, 2019It’s ok to charge 100% of the first night but we got charged hundred percent of the whole stay when I booked I couldn’t see when I booked it. it was going to be hundred percent of the whole stay I was only expecting it to be paying for only one night in advance
July 4, 2019I was charged for two flights thinking of just one payment I was confused $1,200 seems a lot for flights to Fiji considering you can fly from New Zealand to Australia for under $200 also accommodation issues with my room appreciate if you can get back to me about this kind regards Martin Saunders

Yes the hotel reception is not open when I arrive I have to make an international phone call to the hotel to arrange to get a code so I can enter the hotel last time no code was sent. This is a huge gap in yr service as I was unable to access my room until two hours after I arrived
