I had to change a booking, the screen offered three different buttons that said change, but they all just took me to a new booking page. So I had to make a new booking, and cancel the original booking.
That’s not a ‘Change’. And it wasted time trying to see what I was doing wrong, and in the end I concluded I wasn’t, you just didn’t actually have a ‘Change’ feature.

I booked a room for the 11th of May and it showed a rate of $378 for 2 nights but when I went to book it, it came up as $478. I refreshed a couple of times but it kept saying the same thing. I tried to leave feedback but that page wouldn’t work either! It kept admin me to rate but then wouldn’t let me do it

Website had an error which resulted in two booking being made. A representative promised the money would not be taken from our account, which subsequently did. Good chance we will never use wotif again if this is not rectified on Monday.

The room was comfortable and clean but the view overlooking the garage was not good. Would be good if website says “only 1 room left” that it is at the back or no view river views etc.
should also state that it is a no smoking site.

Deceptive.
I know Valley of the Waters provide full breakfast as we have been there often.
After booking I find we are getting continental breakfast

My room was nice and clean and nicely set out.
But my biggest complaint is a request of a full size mattress and that was not fulfilled. I received a king size bed with 2 single mattress pushed together leaving a gap in the middle. I contacted reception but they were unable to help as al other rooms with full sized beds were booked out.

No where i could cancel my hotel

I didnt recieve my itinerary. The itinerary number in the feedback email didnt work. Eventually i used my email hoping the right itinerary would come through. Got to the hotel and was advised Wotif had sold me the rooms for $35 more than the going rate! Next time I use this service I will be much more observent and double check prices.
