Quick & easy to reserve, update booking. Prefer using the full website, App is too broad , not user friendly & a pain to navigate.

Wotif was a fast and easy service to use. I was emailed straight after my purchase with all the information necessary regarding my booking details and dates.
The only unfortunate detail of the experience was that a link came up after my booking saying I could win the money spent on the booking back. After filling in some of the information I noticed it was only applicable in the US not AU which was a little disappointing.

Large range of hotels . Would like it if there were more options for search so that you don’t have to read each properties list of bedding options and hotel amenities to find what you need.
