Wotif was 25% cheaper rates than the hotel themsleves, that’s good value!
Just a few glitches in the software payment method kept my rating down to 4 instead of 5 stars.
A Paypal payment option would have been very handy!

Quick, painless service from Wotif. But your website has been mislead as to the hotel’s opening desk hours. I read 9-5 on the web. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday lucky to find someone as I’m told they close at 3pm Sundays…this is a small town not on a major highway. The motel door says 9-6 daily. I suspect this is a common situation Wotif is not kept aware of. Of course, key arrangements are in place for late arrivals which may involve phone calls. One less star awarded to ring your alarm bell that the truth is not being put out there.

you’re asking for feed and you are citing an itinerary number I don’t recognise. not helpful. have not stayed at apartment as yet.
