Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Room was ready. Parking was at a premium. I would appreciate bedside lighting of some type. Found the shower nice but water went everywhere due to lack of shower screen or curtain.

Wotif had the best prices as i usually use booking dot com, however i didnt appreciate the price fluctuating up to $30 depending which device i was checking prices on, good that you offer refund upto a certain date before arrival

Booking my Hotel accommodation online….easy ! When my plans changed in Sydney, I needed to cancel my reservation. Very different !! I tried for 2 days to cancel online, to no avail!! I was thinking, I will never go with WOTIF ever again. Cannot find a way to cancel…could not even find available a phone number to contact. After 2 days, I did finally find your phone number. From there it was quite simple, speaking with a call operator, I finally was able to cancel my booking. Now, I have confidence to possibly use WOTIF again for booking accommodation, or maybe travel should that come into the equation. BUT, I have to say, your ONLINE availability to cancelling is what I would say is impossible. I did what was asked by your ‘virtual agent’. Itinerary #; give details of booking. With every attempt, over the two days, I constantly was directed to “start over”. Grrrr! So, so, frustrating. Added to that, the narrow window that comes down to read instructions given by your ‘virtual agent’ , press the scroll button down or up to read, instructions drops below or above the window space. I found myself trying to work out by the top of the letters, what I was being asked. That section particularly needs attention…for YOUR benefit, certainly for me the client. It did turn out all right in the end after finding your contact phone number…but it was a hard, long and frustrating road !!!

All good, very accommodating when made mistake on booking the Room clean inviting, only negative was dirty plate and cup only small thing would stay again.
