March 11, 2018The booking was really smooth and easy. The only issue is that I thought I had paid through wotif with my credit card but I was told when I arrived at my booking I still had to pay. That was a bit confusing

getting business class fares is difficulyt – so we use another site for that.
March 11, 2018I’ve never had issues with Wotif before, however this time the payment got rejected, the hotel said it was due to an international CCV. When I booked using another site it worked fine. The hotel said it was a Wotif issue… i’m not too sure who’s fault it is, but like i said, it worked fine when I booked through a different website.

But the Tourist Park facilities were not properly summarised. It appears as “Pet Friendly”, which is what I booked, but on arrival was told that the fine print on the Park website only allows service dogs and dogs in self contained caravans.
Things get done.
