Good location and staff helpful

Room was very good, although the bedrooms need more power points to allow charging of mobile phones overnight.
I had an injured knee so using the bath type shower is very inconvenient.
Otherwise a very good layout if people are staying there for a period of time.
Not being able to go from the room straight to the parking area and driving away, but having to go to reception to hand in the key after driving out, was an inconvenience.

Easy to navigate and make decisions on bookings quite quickly

Would like to be able to filter accommodation by wheelchair access. It is very frustrating going through long lists, and having to check each property for access.

One of the better hotel searching sites I find. No annoying messy popups like booking.com

The old version of the app worked pretty well. Find the landing page of the new app off-putting.
Still like the way Wotif works
