I called because I was unable to complete the booking online. There was some error at the end of the booking process, telling me to try again later. I called and spoke with a lovely customer service rep who took me through the whole booking process but ended up with the same error. In the end he advised to attempt the booking again in 30 minutes or so due to a system problem affecting bookings. He assured me that the rate would be the same, and that it should be resolved in that 30 minute time frame. He was right and I was later able to complete the booking.
