March 21, 2020The booking service was great. The problem I now have is I need an invoice to complete my experience. This is for tax purposes. I have sent an email to Whotif support though have not heard back. So I am a little uncertain of my use of Whotif if I am unable to get something as simple as an invoice.

March 18, 2020Good but i have tried to cancel my booking and was unable to contact wotif. The only thing i could do was go through the refund process. (It was a non refund booking but didnt want to waste peoples time by not turning up). I called the place i had the booking and told them i would not be staying for the week i booked due to not being able to get there. Cheers
March 17, 2020would recommend them again as we have had to cx our dates due to Covid19 but the hotel has given us a credit until 30th April 2021. much appreciated
the dates on the booking were incorrect as I did book the 21st March 2020 but was in the system as 21st March 2021.. hopefully we can attend our family wedding which is to be rescheduled for March 2021 . All Good
