Unfortunately our trip could not proceed due to COVID-19 and the associated border closures. We really appreciate that our money was refunded in a timely manner and we look forward to rebooking when travel services normalise. The only suggestion for improvement would be if we could have been able to speak with someone in person.

Booking is simple straightforward and easy . I like the book now pay when you stay option. Canceling should be made easier and more straightforward with a confirmation email. Booking .com is better at that bit .
