I was very happy with this booking. The service was good enough for me to use WOTIF again in early 2020. However I’m now disappointed as I was offered a refund on my reservation number: 71006011525056 due to COVID 19 if cancelled before a certain date, which I did. My confirmation email received on the 25th of March said I would receive a full refund of $200.99 and so far I have received no such refund. Based on this I could not recommend WOTIF to others and am reluctant to consider using them again myself.
