Everything went well except for when I wanted to check my itinerary details. I couldn’t seem to use the Wotif website or app to check my booking – I ended up having to google the hotels contact details and call them directly. A confirmation email with itinerary attached should be standard once a booking is made or amended.

Yes I would use them again . The only thing you did wrong is that you don’t give the hotel my contact number. They needed it to advise me that check in closed at 6 pm

the manager was very nice, the room was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. The only negative was the bed was abit hard.
