I had a problem when I booked a hotel and the wrong dates were entered and I did not realize until I received my confirmation email. I phoned customer service and they very efficiently corrected the mistake. The web page needs to reflect that when one has entered their dates and clicks from one page to the next , and chooses their hotel the dates should not have to be re-entered each and every time. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

very easy to use, one thing i think they can improve on is if you need to make a change to a booking, i put the wrong date on one booking and i found it near impossible to work out how to change that date on my booking
