Happy with the Wotif booking service. Get fed up with other associated booking services such as Trivago coming in over the top. It slows the whole process.

They were obviously attempting to be helpful, but you needed a reasonable IT knowledge to engage. I expected the confirmation to arrive as an Email, not a Text for example.

The ability to view offerings in the area was comprehensive, and the reservation process smooth, however there was a problem with the method of payment. Wotif only allows you to pay by credit card whereas I have a BeemIt account and I would have liked to be able to pay that way as well.

When I rang the place where we were staying girl on the phone was lovely.
She was very helpful and informative.
