The booking confirmation requires another click to bring up the receipt which then confirms the tariff has been collected by Wotif. Should show the receipt directly, why the acknowledgment is necessary?
Customer brings their phone to the motel and they may not have the wifi to do this additional click to SHOW THE RECEIPt.

service was good all though the pop up on screen for a discount was misleading as I booked my holiday on the day on the basis I would get the discount but when I called up I was told it was only for when I book a hotel not hotel and flights
