Compared to other online booking platforms it is easy to use. Not a 5 star as there should always be room for improvement.

The first time I tried to book, the app froze and crashed. Then I tried a few times to get to that place again, and encountered an error. Finally got through to the payment section and all went smoothly.

The hotel was aware of our booking, aware we had paid and expecting us.
I thought the booking would have been done through Wotif but the receptionist said it was made through Expedia, which is fine although it would have been good to know that in advance.
If you did let me know – it’s too hard to find in the app or not spelled out clear enough for me.
