Lots of filters to help decide which premises I wanted to stay with. Easy to book the room.

Easy to get around site

The ease of making my selection and booking was good. Customer service, though hard to understand because of strong accent, was quite good helping me select a seat for my flight…aisle seat 15D. However, no email arrived confirming that despite being promised that follow-up so I don’t know if it’s booked or not!

Very good service, I never gve 100% as no-one and nothing is perfect
