They didn’t do much – it’s a handy service though

Was easy to search and book the accommodation.
disappointed as gave me a code to save 8% but when booking, no option came up to enter this code.

I would buy from them again as they give you a outlook on where to stay and what the place is like.

Ease of booking

Hassle free booking. I was a bit anxious having never used this online booking site before but the fact they’re based in Australia went a long way. So far so good, my bookings are there, i can access my flight details on the relevant airline sites. You can blame a teacher of mine for the 4 out of 5 stars rating – she never gave 100% markings, as according to her there is always room for improvement. Would’ve have upped it to 4.5 if i could.

couldn’t update the email address easily

Easy to use website but price was the same as other sites I tried. Would be 5 star if price was below others.
