Everything worked well, there were no big surrise at the end like some other places that have a low ticket price but then add on $100 of service charges.

Mostly good. A minor problem was that I got to the payment stage and realised that it was for only one person, not 2 as I intended. Try as I might I could not alter that field (even with back arrow on the browser). I had to start again from scratch.

I recently made a booking and while I thought I was just making a reservation and could pay on check in the money came out of my account straight away. I think a clear option of pay now or at check in would be a good addition.
