The services are quite good and email contact is swift, though I still cannot understand some details in the “Important information about your booking” even I received an email.

Accommodation room was beautiful, full of little surprises like bath robes, tea and toiletries.
A delicious breakfast – what a treat to have eggs cooked to order with local produce.
The communal guest area is lovely and it is nice and quiet in the rooms (though hopefully the windows are tinted or the neighbours would have had a shock!).
This was our first Australian B&B experience, we did find it a little awkward and open plan.
However, would recommend and consider staying again.
A sign on the front lawn would help with finding the place as it looks like a home. Lovely gated community right near the beach.
