Great service

Online booking/ordering services are never completely satisfactory. They are cumbersome and try to take one somewhere other than one wants to go. They use American dating which can lead to mistakes. Final prices are often different from quoted prices. If something goes wrong getting help is a nightmare. Wotif is probably better than average but software systems generally need to be made more user friendly.

Wotif is an easy website to use when looking for a hotel. Especially when you have never done it before and had no idea what you were doing. Nice and easy and cheap, will more than likely be using it again for my next holiday

I really miss the specials you used to have on a specific hotel/unit/ apartment for a limited time. Haven’t seen one for ages….. I often took advantage of these great specials.
