It was an easy system to use when making the booking. Deals were cheap. Flight centre were unable to price match. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. I didn’t receive a confirmation email once booking was made, nor could I re email a copy from the on-line site.

Overall good. But I don’t like “crap” like “only 2 rooms left” against a hotel. Also the misleading tactic of showing that you have a particular hotel listed (from google searches) when in fact you do not and try to then lead the customer to other properties.

Wotif does the job, have been using on & off since Wotif commenced. Not so much since sold to Expedia but still ok. Reviews are not always to be believed and average

the online experience worked well. The real test will be when I arrive at the hotel, but based on past experience I’m not expecting any problems.
